Hey Loves and Happy Friday,
The wait is now over! I must apologize but this post, it is long over due. I had some set backs but I am so happy I finally finish to share with you my lovelies about my wonderful experience at the Grenada Chocolate Festival.
Couple weeks ago my fellow Spice bloggers and I was graced with the opportunity to be apart of the line-up for the 4th annual Grenada Chocolate Fest. It was indeed a wonderful experience for us, as we learnt so many amazing things about “Honouring Our Chocolate Roots” which was the theme this year. Kudos to the Grenada Chocolate Festival Team for a job well done!
On Saturday 13th May 2017, I experienced my first Yoga Chocolate Meditation, my first Chocolate Breakfast (everything chocolate, even my omelet- which tasted scrumptious by the way!) and my very first Beauty workshop; I got to make my very own chocolate mask, caco body scrub and whipped Coco butter. What a wonderful way to begin to kick off the start of the Grenada Chocolate Festivals.
Here’s pictures from each event.
Yoga with Malaika Brooks-Smith Lowe
This was my very first time doing Yoga. I had no clue it could be so relaxing yet you can still feel energized and revitalized at the same time. This form of exercise I would recommend to persons who hate (hate may be a strong word) vigorous exercises.
Hers’s a video short summary of our Yoga Chocolate Meditation
Chocolate Breakfast
I had no clue that Chocolate can be used in almost every and anything.
Beauty Work Shop
The presenters were awesome and very resourceful.
